Time Conventions

Example: with an issue time of 2026-08-27 12:00 UTC (Beijing time 20:00), the first row's date_time is 2026-08-27_20:00:00, the last row is 2026-09-11_20:00:00, giving 1441 time points (15 days × 96 points/day, including both endpoints).
Remember the time zones
The file name answers "when the model run started" (UTC); the data rows answer "what Beijing time is being forecast". For the same run, the two always differ by exactly 8 hours.
